The person who assesses is the person who builds.
OptiMason finds the repetitive work inside a business, works out what it costs, and builds software that handles it.
Three things that rarely come together
Most people doing this work have one of these. All three is what lets us say a workflow is not worth automating, and be right.
Enterprise architecture
Two decades as an enterprise architect for major US banks and insurers: large systems, real compliance constraints, and the discipline of describing current state, target state and the gap.
Running an operation
Our founder co-founded a business in 2013 and ran it full time from 2019 to 2026, building the systems that connected it together. We know what a Monday looks like when one of them breaks.
Actually building
We build the software ourselves. That is why an audit ends with something running on your data, not a document describing what could be built.
We spent years on the other side of this problem, with our own money on the line.
Many AI consultants have never run an operation — never typed the same record in twice at 9pm, or watched a backlog grow faster than the team can clear it.
That is why the audit asks staff what actually happens, and why it says no when a workflow is not ready.
What we have built
The work behind our own brands, and beside each one the general problem it solves — that is what transfers.
Order and channel integration
Order processing connected to several sales channels and the warehouse, so one order was not handled three times. Generally: one transaction staying correct across systems that do not talk.
Support triage
Sorting and drafting the repetitive part of an inbox. Generally: high-volume inbound where most of the answer is a lookup and a template.
Listing generation
Listing copy and attributes across channels, without a master spreadsheet. Generally: structured content generated, checked against rules and kept consistent.
Inventory reconciliation
Warehouse counts against channel counts, surfacing only the differences that need a decision. Generally: two sources of truth that drift.
Order exception alerts
Stuck, split and failed orders caught before the customer notices. Generally: the few cases that fall out of the normal path and go unseen.
We can walk you through any of these on screen.

Ask for a walkthroughHow we work
- Fixed prices per phase. You always know the number before work starts.
- Everything is built in accounts you own, with least-privilege access.
- Every build is documented, so you are never locked in to us.
- Anything customer-facing keeps a human in the loop.
- An NDA before any data changes hands, and a written scope of access.
- Mainstream tools and swappable models, so one vendor's change isn't your emergency.
Who this isn't for
Being clear about this saves us both a call.
- Banking, financial services and healthcare. Our enterprise years were inside banks and insurers, which is exactly why we know HIPAA and finance-sector rules need a dedicated compliance team, not a small-business engagement.
- Teams wanting custom model training. That's a different specialism and we will refer you.
- Teams whose main goal is cutting headcount. We are not the right fit for that work.
- Businesses with very little repeated work. If most of what you do is bespoke each time, there is not much here to automate, and a $999 Workflow Review will tell you that cheaply.
