Larger businesses: a whole-business audit runs over five to six weeks with more interviews and a wider map. Scope and price are agreed before anything starts. Ask about it.
After the audit optional
Priced once the audit has shown what the work actually is. You are not committed to any of it.
Build it
Quoted as a fixed price in the audit readout, typically two to six weeks per workflow. Or take the report to your own developer — it is written so they can build from it.
Train the team
Half-day or full-day, on your own workflows. Quoted on scope, and only if your team wants it.
Keep it running
Priced once we know what is live, how many systems it touches and how much building you want each month. Three-month minimum when you do take one. You may prefer to handle this in-house, which is fine.
How the money works
- Audits are paid in full before work starts
- Half the audit fee comes off a build signed within 60 days
- You pay software and AI usage directly, on accounts you own
- If budget is tight we cut scope, not the rate
- We will not sell a retainer before an audit
